After using the app for even just a week, I easily saw where my priorities were, where I wasted time, and how I could change it. Even though I knew I wasted too much time watching tv, seeing just how much time was spent on that compared to other more meaningful pursuits was a good mental shift for me. It also helped me put a clear value on my time. Im a personal trainer/coach so if Im being paid for a 1 hour session but I put in more hours prepping for that session, Im really getting paid for multiple hours even though the face to face time is 1 hour. Its helped me validate prices seeing that I spend more than just one hour for a client. Great app, great tool, many uses.
